Hi team,

One of my customer can't buy motor BS64048CT used in reference design PMP30605 and can't find any specification of it.
Could you tell us the turn ratio between Primary，Secondary and Auxiliary?
Can BS64048CT be replaced by WE series motor?

    Hello Tom,

    Thank you for your interest in the UCC28911 and PMP30605 reference design.

    I believe that the BS64048CT transformer is a custom design from Bourns, Inc.  I could not find a specification on their website (although there is one part with a similar part number BS64042CS but does it not have similar windings).  I don't know if Wurth Electronik makes a substitute part because we don't have the details. 

    I have sent a request to the designer of the PMP30605 for details of the transformer construction. 
    I will post the information here when I receive a response.

    Hello Tom,

    I have received some information about the transformer construction.

    Core size  = EE20,  Lm = 880uH (as shown on the schematic diagram)

    Primary turns = 82T (split 41 + 41), Secondary turns = 9T, Auxiliary turns = 12T.

    Core ferrite material is unknown. I suggest to choose a low-loss material suitable for the 50k-100kHz range.
