I've been having various issues in line and load regulation on of my designs. The issues are inconsistent between PCBs and can vary by the day on the same PCB. I've attached a word document with a summary of some of the issues we are seeing along with schematic, layout, bom, and oscope captures. Any guidance would be much appreciated, thank you.
