I monitored I2C transaction when Chem_ID(0x0006) command is written using BQStudio. The below is a log data at that time.

What does the last Byte mean when Chem_ID(0x0006) command was written?

Can you try to capture the 10 12 fe bytes with a logic analyzer or scope so we can see whats happening?

Hi, Wyatt,

I noticed that te last Byte I see I2C transaction using I2CBus monitor is a PEC Byte.

If possible, I would like you to add a feature in Advanced Comm SMB o BQStudio so that we can check a PEC value when Read/Write Communication is executed. The PEC checking function was in Evaluation Software tool.
