We use BQ7790518 to designed 13S protection board , referring to the TI reference design. The second IC damage when contact 8KV ESD in PACK+ pin. The other device is OK, only the second device is damage.
Do you know which pins are damaged on the 2nd device? Are there any other components on the board that are damaged (for example the input filter resistors or capacitors)?
