BQ2002C: BQ2002CSN cc output can not match LED mode

. LED is able to change mode according to the battery voltage ,but output wave of Pin CC(charge control output) does not match LED mode. Fast mode and trickle mode are the same .The following pic is the output wave (Fast and trickle). Reply as soon as possible ,please.It is urgency!

On LED pin behavior:

A fast charge in progress is uniquely indicated when the LED pin goes low. In the charge pending state, the LED pin is driven low for 500ms, then to high-Z for 500ms. The LED pin is driven to the high-Z state for all other conditions.
