Voltage controlled PWM generator

Hello,

I need a PWM generator that can output complementary square waves with resistor programmable deadtime and frequency. This is for a test setup and I can build it with discrete parts but I was wondering if there's an IC that would integrate all these functions. I realize that it could be done easily with a microcontroller but I want to keep it analog for now.

Is there a voltage-mode controller where I can drive the COMP pin to some duty cycle and change the frequency (over few tens of kHz) with a pot? I am ok keeping the deadtime fixed with a resistor/capacitor/combination.

Any other ideas?

Thank you!

Saurabh
