TPS56221: TPS56221 enable

Dear team,

Customer find that when use TPS56221, they pull down EN to GND first, then float, the IC did not work. Vin is on all the time, and also add a ss capacitor 33nF beside EN.

    Sammi,

    What is the voltage on the EN pin when en pin  floating?       If the enable pin is floating and then input voltage applied, does the device start up and regulate?

    Can you share a schematic and the oscope plot of VIN, EN, BP5 and Vout  when  floating enable after input voltage is present.
