Hi Sir,

 

My customer would like design NMOS power MOS with conditions below.

 

  • The Rdson is better below 5mhom and VDS is 8V~10V.
  • Package is 2*2mm2

 

Would you please provide recommendation for this?

    Hi Scott,

    Nice to hear from you again. Is this the same application we discussed previously on e2e and over regular email? We have a load switch FET selector tool available at the link below. The lowest rds(on) in 2x2mm SON is the CSD13202Q2 which is 7.5mOhm typical at VGS = 4.5V. In order to get to 5mOhm max, you will have to go to a larger 3x3mm SON package. Some possible devices are:

    • CSD17577Q3A, 4.8mOhm max at VGS = 10V
    • CSD17581Q3A, 4.7mOhm max at VGS = 4.5V
