We ordered PN# TPSM84424MOLR (600 pcs) via ORDER# T00775303, so far, our customer has used 490 pcs, but there are 12 pcs among them got qualilty issue.
The balance 110 pcs on our hand, not to use just in case.
Failure description : PCB output 3.3V power short.
After changing the chip, no failure issue found.
Please check the issue and confirm on RMA request.
We'd like to return the failure parts for a failure analysis.
After analyzing, we'd like to get a refund for the defective units.
Plus, as our customer is worrying about using the balance 110 pcs, we also want to refund for them.
