Hi,

I think this is a basic technical questions.

I find this part have an integrated bootstrap switch in page 7 of datasheet, in function block diagram.

How to control this switch?

In what conditions this bootstrap switch will be close?

And in what conditions this bootstrap switch will be open?

Hi,

The integrated boot switch is closed when the Low Side FET is pulled down during the off-time. During this time, the boot cap is connected to VCCDR voltage, the and the SW node is pulled to GND (Because the Low side FET is on). During this time, the boot cap gets charged through the boot strap switch to the VCCDR voltage.
