Please recommend dual digital MIC input, dual SPK, AUDIO CODEC with echo cancellation

I think TLV320AIC3254 is a good candidate for your application. It allows for digital microphone inputs and has mini-DSPs inside that are capable of running echo cancellation algorithms with stereo DAC outputs.

Another option would be the TLV320AIC3262, which has some additional features including a stereo class-D output if higher power is needed. It also has more capable DSPs that provide some more flexibility in the echo cancellation with longer tail lengths.
