Here is Kevin from Delta Taiwan team.

Please suggest the suitable P and N MOS, they are currently using DMN3065LW and DMP3056LSD

MOSFET (P-channel, N-channel) needs to meet at least
1.VDS=30V
2.VGS=+/-20V
3.ID=50mA
4. Packaged as SOT23
5. The variation curves of Rds(on) and temperature of N and P MOS are the same
6. The change curves of Bodydiode forward voltage and temperature of N and P MOS are the same

    Hi Kevin,

    Thanks for promoting TI FETs at your customers. We don't make any 30V P-channel FETs. Our's only go to 20V. Also, we don't offer SOT23 package for either N-channel or P-channel devices. With that in mind, I would recommend the CSD17382F4 FemtoFET for the N-channel device. For the P-channel device, I would recommend CSD25485F5 FemtoFET which is a 20V device (not 30V).
