LM5101: simulation model of LTspice

could you pls let me know if the simulation model of LM5101 on your company's website can be simulated in LTspice or simplis? it seems I can't open the model with these two software.

Hi, Hui,

The LM5101 isn't recommended for new designs. There is an LM5101A which is recommended, and has a model. You can use the model in the LM5101A web page for either device, though.

Another alternative is one of our newer devices, UCC27282 which has better performance at the same price (1k listed web prices).

Hi Don,

yes, I will use LM5101A to simulate, and downloaded the model, but it seems the model can't be opened in LTspice software,when I open it, it shows as below. would you pls tell me how to simulate it in LTspice or simplis software? thanks
