LM5025: CS1 threshold variation

Hi Team,

A customer requests the variation data of CS1 threshold(cycle by cycle threshold) at Tj=25C. Though this parameter has specified with MIN(0.22V) & MAX(0.28V) value over -40 to 125C range, For Tj=25C, it is only typ value(0.25V).

Now customer would like to see the variation data(min, max, AVG and STD-DEV.) at 25C. Can you provide it as a reference data?

Hi Someno-san!

Thank you for reaching out to us today. Since TI inherited the LM5025 device, we do not have that data readily available. We advise also to have the customer design with the entire min/max range in mind as that range is chosen with lot variation in mind as well as temperature variation.
