Here is Kevin from Delta Taiwan.

I am looking for a suitable LDO for my customer.

I can't find a suitable part, not sure is there any suitable device on the roadmap I am not aware of.

operation temperature:-40~105C

Vin=-14V

Vo=-12V/100mA

Hi Kevin,

Does it have to be automotive grade? We do have the TPS7A34 which can do the job. We have not looked at making this a Q1 device at this time.

Does this work for Delta?

Q1 device will be a must to have.

So BU doesn't have a Q1 device on the roadmap?
