Hi,
I am trying to design a cascaded charger using bot BQ25890H, BQ25892. What I would like to know is dose these controllers support taking OTG output through PMID pin like in the below figure or do I have to tie the VBUS pins together for the design to work? THe PMID pin of BQ25890H would connect to VBUS of BQ25892 and the BQ25892 PMID will go to a separate USB output. The datasheet reference schematic says the OTG output is through VBUS itself.
