What is the solder-ball composition on the SHE parts that are /NOPB?
Thank you.

Hi Bill,
I'm not finding a part number with NOPB in it. Can you write the full orderable part number of the device you are asking about?
The LMZ10500/1 are very different products from the LMZ10503/4/5, in case that is the confusion.
Thank you for confirming Bill.
I did some digging and those part numbers are quite old and were obsoleted a while ago. The same die is used in the active LMZ10500SILR/T part numbers.
In addition, we have newer devices in the TPS82084/5 (released) and TPSM82821/2 (sampling).
So you don't have a record of what the composition of the solder balls was on the 'SHE' suffix part?
Ah, this is still an open question. Most customers would need this detail before manufacturing, but this does not make sense with an obsolete device.
The lead finish on the older SH/E/X packages is the same NiAu as the current device. Let me know if that helps.
