TPS40180: TPS40180 OCP question

Part Number: TPS40180

Hi Support team

My customer used TPS40180 for 4phase 5V DC/DC synchronous buck converter with 12V input voltage.

The output current is 90A with over current spec 110-130A. Now, we have problem as below.

  1. The converter can take loading 90A but it can’t support to OCP range due to IC protection. I tried to reduce shunt resister but it can take loading lower than 90A.
  2. We take the PSU unit that can take 5V/90A loading to perform PLD 2.2-2.5kV testing but found PUS shutdown due to 5V protection. It look like current sense problem same as item1.

Could you help to suggest for this issue?
