LMG1210EVM-012: My LMG1210 EVM-012 isn`t work!

Do you have HO and LO waveforms to describe what issue you are seeing?

Is the FET damaged or LMG1210?

if 1210 is damaged, are there pins that are shorted?

LO worked fine.

The gate drain source of fet is all short.

And the HO and HS lines of 1210 are short.

I have no idea what the problem with my experiment is.

Yello Waveform is HO  and Red Waveform is LO 

PWM mode and Independent mode are same waveform like that

Can you replace 1210 and retest HO and LO waveforms?

Sorry, i`m not in a situlation to replace a small circuit.

When the 1210 burns, are you increasing the switching frequency while the bus power is on?

I just fixed it at 10Mhz.

What is the bus voltage and load applied to the evm?

 i gave 15V in bus voltage and 500ohm in load.i think it is enough power to endure

How long after you change the parameter until the 1210 burns?

At first, i just checked PWM except bus power. it worked well.

And then, i tried to boost bus power from 0V to 30V. Of course, the load and switching frequency were left unmodified

But near 15V, power supply became in CC. after that time, HO has acted like that waveform

So can you send it to new equipment?

Or if i sent my EVM-012, Can you fix it?

Before powering up the EVM again, kindly ensure that Section 7 of the user's guide is followed.

and i cannot replace the parts in question.

so if i send my evm-012, can you replace my evm-012??

i bought one more evm-012.

i tested same way with ex-evm-012(something wrong). but new one is operating well.

So I was convinced that there was no problem with my old test method.

Isn't that a problem with the old equipment?
