PTH05050W: PTH05050W module internal schematic

Hi team,

My customer is using PTH05050WAH to convert 5V input to 2.5V output. But sometimes the PTH05050 output becomes to 0V.

To find the root cause of the issue, we want to do some test on the PHT05050 module. But this module integrates some discrete component and we don't have the module schematic so we don't know what is the function of each discrete component and how they are connected. So can you help provide the PTH05050 module internal schematic so we can test which part is malfunction. Thanks.
