Hello,
How will the long-term stability of REF3425-Q1 and REF3450-Q1 look like over 15 to 20 years? The data sheet specifies only values over 1,000 or 2,000 hours.
Best regards,
Shinichi Yokota

Hi Yokota,
We do not have 15-20yr data for the REF34-Q1. What we do have is 2k Hr data and from that data you can estimate 15-20 years.
There is a way to estimate this based on that on the datasheet.
You can use the values from the EC table of 25ppm/Hr and the equation below to get 15-20yr data.
LTD = LTD(1kHr) * SQRT( hours / 1000) = 25 * SQRT (131400 / 1000) = 287 ppm for 15 years.
Keep in mind that this equation is very conservative. From internal testing and LTD testing on other devices, the LTD is typically perform better than this.
