    Thanks for the inquiry. Please visit our MOSFET Support & training page at the link below. There you will find all of the technical information on TI FETs including FemtoFET surface mount guidelines. That document includes rework instructions. Because of their small size, the FemtoFETs are not the easiest parts to rework.
