Hi Team,

Customer wants to verify about long term stability spec for 1000~2000 hours.

As we found difference -

typ. 5 ppm / 1000 hr at page.1,

typ. 10 ppm/1000 hr at page.6,

Which one is correct?

Hi Andrew,

Use the EC table for 10 ppm/C for SOIC8. The REF50 used to be offered in MSSOP and that package had a 5ppm/C LTD after 1khr. The datasheet needs to be updated to reflect the current LTD.
