Hi team,

I use bq27z561 EVM board to do current calibration with bqstudio tool. And I have one question about (1) CC Gain (2) Capacity Gain value after calibrating.

At first, I pretty sure my calibration hardware connection is correct. And below picture is my current calibration result.

You can see CC gain=capacity gain=1.115mohm.

But I checked bq27z561 TRM equation, these two values should be different. see below equation.

So why I get the same value for these two items? Please advise.

Hello Paul,

Are you sure the calibration was completed successfully? Could you share the process you followed to calibrate the gauge?

I believe the values should be close, in the TRM the values are raw values and bqStudio does some conversions to make it in mOhm.

I quickly wrote my current calibration flow for your reference, if there is any problem please let me know.

And from your comment, the CC gain and capacity gain value should be close, am I right? Can you also explain what difference for both items because their unit is the same mohm?
