The short answer is that these devices are generally geared towards lower power applications and will not work here. A recommendation I received from one of our power experts is this reference design. This is also not a very simple solution, but it has some valuable insights on choosing components for a system with this power level. If a boost topology is important, you will most likely need to design multiple phases to reach the desired power levels without unrealistic components. One way you could proceed is with a phase shifted full bridge design. It is more complex than just a boost, but it handles power levels like yours very well. Here is an automotive PSFB reference design using the UCC28951-Q1 that would be a good starting point if you choose to go that route.
