TLC59116F: Customer asked Linux kernel driver to control our device

Hi team,

My customer is designing 5G IDU project and they use TLC59116F for LED controller.

So they are asking Linux kernel driver source (Qualcomm SDX55 platform, kernel 4.14), can we provide it?

And SW user manual (porting guide) is also necessary.
