I would like to measure the phase margin of TPS61181.

And I will measure in such a following way.

Then, should the small resistor(20Ω) be inserted into the following red rectangle?

Hi Sir,

When you want to measure the phase margin, you need to insert a 50ohm resistor to "Vo" pin, not the "SW" pin. That means you need to put the resistor between D1 and "Vo" pin.
