Hi team,
I am looking for a WVIN DCDC converter that works 2MHz, 600mA, 3.3Vout with Spread spectrum with Low Iq.
It also need to work down to Vin=3.0V.
I found LM63615-Q1 which has UVLO(falling) maximum is 3.0V, but it specifies recommended operating range down to 3.5V.
Question :
Is there any issues using this device down to 3.0V VIN?
- I can accept dropout behavior at Vin<3.5V, but would like to know how much.
- Internal logic is active above 3.0V?
