TPS2001D: Difference from TPS2001C

Part Number: TPS2001D
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS2001C,

Hi support team,

What is the difference between TPS2001D and TPS2001C?

Is there anything other than the following?
TPS2001D is lower cost than TPS2001C.
TPS2001D does not have a package equipped with Power PAD.

I would like to know the precautions when replacing TPS2001C with TPS2001D for cost reduction.

Regards,
Dice-K

  • Hi Dice-K,

Correct with these two points you point out.

Both device with very similar performance.

C/D version with different bonding wire craft.

D version may be with shorter life expectancy than C version.

But I think that makes no much difference and can be replaced.

For TI's policy, I will first click resolved button.
