TPS767-Q1: How to compute the junction temperature?

Part Number: TPS767-Q1

Dear team,

My customer used this device in their system, and the condition is Vin=5V, Vout=3.3V, Iout=500mA. When they test this device's surface temperature with thermocouple under 75°C high ambient temperature, they found that this surface temperature is up to 108°C. The max junction temperature is 125°C in the datasheet. If 108+ψJT*(5-3.3)*0.5<125, it is ok. But if the result >125, this chip maybe damaged. But now I can't find the value of ψJT in the datasheet, so I am not sure whether 108°C is too high for this device.

Thanks & Best Regards,

Sherry
