Hi there,

Except for the different current driving ability, I am wondering whether there is any modification I should make if I just replace UCC27424-Q1 by UCC27524A-Q1 on my design?

Moreover, I am also wondering is there any difference between UCC27524A-Q1 and UCC27524A1-Q1 except for the package?

Regarding the replacement, there should be no issue replacing UCC27424-Q1 with UCC27524A-Q1. With the UCC27524A-Q1, you will have improved drive current (as you mentioned), propagation delay, and rise time.

If needed, you may need to adjust gate resistor values to accommodate for the higher drive strength.
