Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS54228
Hello,
I have a question for operating temperature range for both TPS54227 and TPS54228.
Both device's datasheets define operating temperature range as both Ta = -40 - 85C and Tj= -40 - 150C.
But I think the important temperature parameter is usually Tj and Ta is not.
So my question is that does the user have to keep both Ta and Tj range?
If Tj is within this range, can the user ignore this Ta range?
