In our project, which is on mass production stage already, we applied LM431BIM3N1C.
Now LM431BIM3N1C is NRND-device, and it's replaced by LM431BIM3/NOPB.
What are the HW differences between these two devices, and what are the important points we should take care about when migrating from LM431BIM3N1C to LM431BIM3/NOPB?
