Hi Team,
One of my customer is designing medical project and request for RoHS3 compliant MoSFET's for buck boost application. The below suggested Mosfets are non ROHS compliant3, they are ROHS3 compliant with exemptions (2011/65/EU, 2015/863) which is not acceptable for the product requirement.
CSD17310Q5A, CSD17303Q5, CSD18531Q5A, CSD17573Q5B
Can you suggest equivalent devices to meet this requirement.
