Hi Team,

One of my customer is designing medical project and requested for RoHS3 compliant buck module. The suggested TPSM53604 is non ROHS compliant3, the device is ROHS3 compliant with exemptions (2011/65/EU, 2015/863) which is not acceptable for the product requirement.

Can you suggests a equivalent device with similar spec.

Hi Shinu,

What is the specific requirement from the customer?

I did a parametric search on the power management portfolio and filtered for 36Vin(max) and 4A output loading. The only fully RoHS compliant device is the LMZ23605. This device does not have that high out an output voltage range so that might be the limitation.
