TPS54320: Behaviour during overcurrent

Part Number: TPS54320

Hi TI team,

I am using TPS54320 with the following condition.

Vin = 8.5V、Vout = 7.2V、L = 4.7uH、RT= 68k(Fsw = 714kHz)

We tested with Iout = 3A and below is the waveform

Green: Iout     Yellow: Vout   Cyan:Vsw

It turns ON(40ms) and OFF(32ms) repeaatedly. Is this behaviour due to overcurrent protection or thermal protection?

If its OCP, how can I relate it with the parameters in the datasheet below?

In our application, rush current flows as below and it seems the switching stoped temporarily. At this condition does the OCP starts to kick in?

But TPS54320 continue to operate and there is 500mV drop. ( Yellow : Vout   Green: Iout  Cyan:Vsw)

Thank you.
