LP5012: LP5012 as replacement for LP55231

Hi, E2E,

One of our projects used the LP55231 as the main LED driver of the system, for the next revision we would like to replace it with a device capable of driving 12 channels and configured to operate with common anode configuration.

The LP5012 seems to be a good solution. Will the LP5012 work properly with this LED and a single +3.3V supply (for both VCC and VLED)?. Do you have another recommendation apart from LP5012?.

    Hi, Diego Melendez,

    LP5012 is a good choice which can meet your needs. The constant-current with high precision is up to 25.5mA Maximum per channel In full range and 35.5mA Maximum per channel when VCC>=3.3V. it is properly with the target LED.
