Our customer is looking for an isolated buck converter with output current of at least 5A.
Is there a way to increase the output current of LM34927 to 5A?
Are there any other options for the customer?

Unfortunately, there is no way to increase the output current of the LM34927 up to 5A.
Are you looking for 5A out of the output of the main buck or the isolated output? Also, what is the input voltage range that is required for this design?

Its 5A for the isolated output.
Vin = up to 48Vdc
Vout = 24Vdc

Hi Art,
Flybucks are typically used in applications where the output power is less than 15W, so your design will call for something different.
I recommend trying TI's WEBENCH Power Designer to find something that will fit your design needs, just make sure to click the 'Isolated Output' option when inputting your design parameters.
