What the Value of Vds of TPS54560 is safe？
Vds of TPS54560 Datasheet is 65V, and customer spec is 52V(80% of 65V).
After I helped the customer to test, the Vds of Hide side MOS is 61.6V, and the VDS of low side MOS is 61.2V.
Customer wants to confirm that the value measured above is safe? Will it affect the life cycle of the product?
test condition as below:
Vin: 54V
Vout: 12V
Iout:3A
