TPS3808-EP: TPS3808G33MDBVREP delay increased to 2.5s from 1.75ms due to conformal coating/humisealing

TPS3808G33MDBVREP device along with 2nos of TPS3808G15DBVT is used as reset generator and supervisory circuit. We are using 220pF cap at CT pin for each, thus getting a delay of 1.75ms for each. After conformal coating / humi-sealing of 100micron (which was earlier 50micron) our board is getting reset for 2.5s. Thus board fails in our automatic test equipment. Even after replacing the ICs we are getting same results. The results remain same even if CT is removed. As per datasheet if CT is removed we should get 20ms fixed delay but we are getting 2seconds delay. sometimes the delay reduces to 1.5s and also increases to 6s. please provide the root cause analysis and corrective action.reset_circuit.docx
