LM3643: LED 3A surge current

Hi Team,

The customer is going to connect the output LED1 and LED2 together, but the surge current of the LED is up to 3A (tp=<800us).

Can LM3463 support 3A surge current? Thank you.

Hi Mike,

For LM3643, it can only output up to 1.5A continuous current, for 3A application, I would suggest with our TPS92641. What's the application?

The application is portable point of sale, I will suggest the customer to use TPS92641.
