Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a SENC of one of the batteries that customer found in the field that cannot charge. We are using BQ20z45-R1 for this battery pack.

We found several Permanent fails in the battery pack like SUV, CFETF, DFETF, and SOCC. 

Is there a way for TI to help analyze the file and see what event was triggered first? 

It is not the same as BQ40Z50-R1 where we can easily check the black box and history of permanent fails.

    Hello,

    There's not a way to tell which was triggered first, it will just be stored as an event occurrence. With .senc files we cannot open unless we have the EVM and most of us are working remotely currently and don't have access to the devices.

    There's no good way to debug when these events occurred in the field. You can reset the failures and return them to the field.
