Now TPS43060 does not work. The SS Pin only can reach 0.85V.

SS Pin of TPS43060 is always 0.47V. Even I short the SS pin with GND, it is still there after I remove the short jump.

Did you test based on the TPS43060EVM board? What kind of test did you ever done before the board can't work?

My test result is based on the TPS43060EVM-199 demo board. I suspect that the TPS43060 is damaged because of my operation.

Did you give any possible reason why the phenomenon is like this? After power-on, VCC output is 7.36V. SS pin only reaches 0.85V. After power-off (without VIN), the SS pin is always 0.47V.

What did you do before the IC was damaged? Did you ever short some nets by chance?
