TPS756: Exposed Thermal Tab connection

Hi,

I am using TPS756. I read the whole datasheet, but did not find where the Exposed Thermal Tab should be connected. Should I connect the Exposed Thermal Tab to GND?

Hi Zhao,

Most likely it would be grounded. But let me confirm it for you, are you talking about the KT or KCC?

Hi Zhao,

I have reviewed the wire-bonding diagram, and yes, you can connect the thermal tab to GND.
