So is the temp-co like -> current limit threshold ICL, (0.95V to 1.05V), is this meaning (1.05-0.95) / 70C = 0.001429/C ?

Also, individual devices may have smaller variations and different from part to part. The specs are covering all possible range for this device.

No, we do not have graph data. The specs are based on a number of units test and then using statistical methods to decide the specs.
