LP87525-Q1: Default Configuration

Part Number: LP87525-Q1

We are currently using the part number LP87525BRNFRQ1 in our design. As per the LP87525B-Q1 Technical Reference Manual for the part number LP87525BRNFRQ1 the default output voltage setting will be 0.85V.

In our design we are using this part for 0.85V power supply and can we use this without any programming. We are using the device in two 2-phase regulators configuration. Please confirm if we can use the device without any programming for our requirement.

  • Hello,

If the output voltages, output current, phase configuration, and the rail sequencing is ok for your use case, then you don't really need I2C programming. You can just use the EN1 to control the bucks startup/shutdown.

    Thanks.
