TPS54020: ROHS status

Hi Ajayt,

This device is RoHS Exempt. What is shown in the ordering and quality portion on ti.com and the device contents summary is correct.

I'm also confused by how it is listed in the Eco Plan on the POA page of the datasheet. I've checked a few other device I know of are RoHS exempt and they show up the same way. The POA page in the datasheet says RoHS but the ordering and quality section on ti.com shows RoHS Exempt. I will contact someone to help explain if this is showing up as intended.

I do not know of any plans to convert this device to RoHS compliant without an exemption so a similar part I can recommend is the TPS54824 or TPS54A24. There are a few differences so hopefully this device includes all of the features needed. Two main ones to be aware of are these devices are in FCCM at light load and they do not have a seperate PVIN/VIN for split rail input.
