PTD08D210W: Information for Thermal resistance

Hi Team,

One of our customer is working on a thermal design for a circuit card that uses the PTD08D210WAC buck converter. The customer is trying to find max junction temperature and the thermal resistances between the junction, case, board but the datasheet only gives the max ambient air temperature. It doesn't tell anything about thermal resistances between the junction and ambient. Do we have the data/information for this device?

The module is built as a PCB type open frame module using the UCD7242. Thats why unlike an IC, it does not specify the theta JA etc.

If you still prefer a number, you can refer to the UCD7242 datasheet which specified a ThetaJA of 19.1degC/W with natural convection, 15.1degC/W with 200LFM airflow and 13.4degC/W with 400LFM.
