Could not go back to frm S12 S8 setup on BQ78PL114 EVM

I mistakenly downlaod the S12 firmware to the board. When I tried to go back to S8 by downloading orion_app_ff_8S_4452.enc provided by the BQ Wizard application package, the communication did not work. Please help with this situation. Thanks.
