Hi team.

Could you tell me how to measure about Iq?
My customer measured Iq that is 15uA.
It is different from the value on the datasheet.




Can I measure this value at EVM?

    Kengo,

    This is measured with the VSEL pins tied to GND and Vout forced to 2V externally (to prevent the device from switching).

    This can be measured on the EVM, but you will first need to remove the inductor as the device will trip the internal over current protection if Vout is driven externally with the inductor still present.
